ORGANISATION

NGB, the professional association for corporate lawyers, was founded in 1930. The NGB Board consists of six to nine legal counsel. The Secretariat, led by the Director, is responsible for day-to-day operations. In addition to the Board, there are nine section boards. NGB is a non-profit association and has Articles of Association and a code of conduct. Furthermore, there is a complaints procedure for NGB training programs and its own disciplinary system, which is entrusted to the Disciplinary Committee and the Board of Appeal.
