Arnout Koeman (La Gro)
Arnout is counsel at La Gro. He specialises in and has extensive experience in the field of European and Dutch competition law. His advisory and litigation practice focuses on state aid, cartels, dominant positions and merger notifications to the European Commission, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). He also specialises in FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) regulations and the associated notifications to the Investment Screening Bureau (BTI). Finally, Arnout has experience in the field of collective actions (including the WAMCA) and, in particular, private enforcement of competition law.

Jan Baas (La Gro)
Jan is partner and head of the Data & Privacy Team at La Gro. Jan has a broad commercial advisory and litigation practice. His practice covers both private and public law, focusing on Data & Privacy and AI. He advises companies and in-house legal teams on topics relating to GDPR, the EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA and the Data Act, including drafting contracts and compliance documentation and dealings with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Jan also writes and lectures on these topics regularly.
